Booking & payment

Send your dates through this site and we will confirm they are free. We then email a secure Stripe payment link; a reservation is confirmed once that payment is received. A 50% deposit confirms your dates, and the balance is due 30 days before check-in. Booking within 30 days of arrival is paid in full at the time of booking. Rates are per night and any cleaning fee and applicable taxes are shown before you pay.

Cancellation policy

• Cancel 14+ days before check-in: full refund less any payment-processing fee.
• Cancel 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancel within 7 days of check-in: non-refundable.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Self check-in details are sent before arrival.

House rules

• No smoking anywhere on the property, inside or out. This includes vaping.
• No open flame when the county fire ban is on, which is most of the summer. The propane grill is always fine.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors.
• No pets: both cabins are strictly pet-free. A cleaning fee applies if the policy isn't followed.
• Maximum occupancy as listed for each cabin.
