Terms & cancellation

These are starter terms with placeholder figures — set your real deposit, cancellation window, and house rules before launch (your booking platform will enforce most of this automatically).

Booking & payment

A reservation is confirmed once payment is received through our secure booking system. Rates are per night and shown live at checkout, including any cleaning fee and applicable taxes.

Cancellation policy (example)

• Cancel 14+ days before check-in: full refund less any payment-processing fee.
• Cancel 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund.
• Cancel within 7 days of check-in: non-refundable.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Self check-in details are sent before arrival.

House rules

• No smoking indoors.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors.
• No pets — both cabins are strictly pet-free. A cleaning fee applies if the policy isn't followed.
• Maximum occupancy as listed for each cabin.
